In Uganda, the period from late June to July has been marked by a series of meetings, both physical and virtual, focused on preparations for the upcoming Peace Road event. Two key physical meetings were held at the Peace House in Nakasero, which initiated efforts to mobilize VIPs and the general public.

Initially, meetings were held biweekly, but as the event draws closer, they have transitioned to weekly Zoom sessions to report on progress and ensure all preparations are on track.
